We may be getting new tills soon.
However in the mean time lots of old stock or stock we are no longer going to sell needs to be deleted. If you notice anything missing / wrong prices please let me know.
Lindsay noticed Sol & Corona are no longer on the till. We are only going to stock one and not the other. In this case where both are missing it should be rang in as an alternative product such as a bottle of Bud, or just ring the price in as a special. Please your initiative untill everything is sorted out.

Some general proceduers:
All bank notes should be examined for signs of fraud by a visual examination and using the UV light. If you are in any doubt at all about the authenticity of a bank note then your supervisor is to be informed and their advice sought. It is a crimial offence to knowingly use counterfeit currency.
As you complete each sale, you must ensure you place all monies in to the till drawer and the drawer MUST remain closed between transactions.
If you require change call your shift supervisor and ask them for the required denominations.
All monies in the till draw are your responsibility whilst you are on duty and using a till, therefore no monies may be borrowed by (or loaned to) anyone from your till.
Any refund / cancellations must have a reciept and give a reason with your signature.
You may only accept payment by cheque providing they are accompanied by a valid cheque guarnatee card.
Each time you leave the till, you must press the "sign off" button to allow the till to differentiate between you and other cashiers operating the same till.
With regards the Data Protection Act, it is essential that you do not disclose any Customer / Team member details to anyone.
