Sickness & Absense. Procedures – It is your responsibility to phone in yourself and not get someone else to do it for you. Text messages are not acceptable. You need to speak to either Gareth, Peter or Mark. (See Above For Contact Details). Obviously the kitchen should phone Peter, the bar to phone Gareth. However if they are not available phone Mark. This should be done at the earliest time possible when you realise you won’t be able to work. If it is not possible to contact the above a message can be left with Lynn Bramall, Alan Hardisty or the Pro Shop.
Accidents & Injuries. There is an accident book keept in the back kitchen next to the computer, which must be filled in whenever anyone has an accident or causes injury to themselves. This should then be reported to the management.

16. Timesheet Authorisations. Your time sheets must be signed at the end of each shift. By either Peter, Gareth or whoever the most senior member of staff on duty at the time is.

12. Shift Rota’s – Reliability and commitment. Peter and Gareth will be responsible for the Rotas. When possible they will be complete two weeks in advance (subject to changes). If you require any time off you must notify Gareth or Peter who will write it in the diary along with the date you requested the time off. Ideally a list of dates you are unavailable would be great.
