FAQ's:

Do you accept playlists - for example 10 or so top must play songs?

Yes not a problem at all. Have done disco's from people's lists of songs in the past (However it doesn't always work! I generally play to the audience and the vibe of the party, it's a skill to read the room and select the type of music that will get people up and dancing).

Do you accept requests on the night?

Yes.

Are you fully insured? (The venue asks that you are).

Yes, full public liability insurance (think it's up to a million, not a problem to get it increased if venue requests it) and all equipment is PAT tested.

Do you have dance floor lights? It’s in a village hall type set up (there’s a bar area to one end with comfy seating and then the hall) and we want to create a dance floor.

Yes, I have loads of lights - moving heads, strobes - all sorts I have to select what to take depending in on the venue. Do they allow smoke machines as most of my lights (especially the lasers) don't show off their full potential unless there's a bit of smoke / haze in the air.

There’s going to be a real mix of people so whilst my daughter will be asking for chart music, we also want 60’s, 70’s, 80’s, etc. We want people up dancing and having a good time.

No problem. I've been doing disco's over 20 years now, so know how to variate the music depending on the crowd.
