Heard on the radio a holiday firm had gone bust. Called R-Travel up and they said "sorry yeah you were supposed to be flying with them, you can either TRY to get your money back, or we can give you a credit note. Alternatively we can try to get you on a different flight, but you will have to pay for that flight then re-claim the cost of your flight from the original holiday".
So we have paid another £640 to get a different flight. Im wondering how we can claim back the cost of the flight for the original holiday as the details don't list anything sepearately it's all together as a package holiday?
Flights going out and coming back arn't as good either When we get back on Monday it's straight to work from the airport. How rubbish is that.
