My phone died last night. I didn't drop it or anything - just all of a sudden went off and now won't turn back on. Yes the battery is OK, it won't even turn on when connected to the charger (the charging light doesn't even come on). So need to send it back to O2 yet again. The worste bit is I hadn't backed up any of my numbers - So please send me yours to my old phone 077909 65235. It's right annoying as I have met a few new people lately and now they will think I am ignoring them

For God's Sake !!! Just tried to top my old phone up and get this: Unfortunately we are currently experiencing a technical problem. Orange is aware of the problem and is working to resolve it. Please try again later. I phoned some packi up at orange who just keept telling me the sytem was down Why is everything bollocksed !?

Just tried to call O2 to arrange to send my phone back. Was on hold 16 mins then got cut off.... Phoned back it's been 10 mins so far. Been looking on the website but can't see anything on there. Proper shit service.
