Have started to notice I'm getting a bit of a beer belly ! So have decided to get back in training. Might even have another crack at a triathlon again if I can get myself fit enough. I'm not joining a gym this time though, going to see if I can get myself motivated at home, it's not really that hard, but if I miss a day then I end up missing 2, then 3 and so on... So just need to figure out how to keep it going once I start.

Again training has virtually stopped. It was all going well, then since starting back at Uni I have been too busy to do any training at all. Going to have to get back into it soon.

I broke my PM3 on the rower... Well the USB connection snapped off when I was moving it one day. Luckily it was still under warranty so I sent it back and concept sent me a new one. Took about 4 weeks though so havn't done any proper training for ages. Been out drinking way too much instead.

Finally got round to buying RowPro for my Rowing machine, it's given me a bit more motivation to get back into training and have even beat some of my PB's.
Still drinking way too much beer !!!

Back to the gym today, It's shit having time off from it. Hurts all over again when you start back up. Garage is almost done - just needs the floor doing and the roof tiling door putting on and a window doing then I will be able to set all the gear up.

Rowing machine moved back into the bedroom. Was too cold in the garage. Gutted I missed one of the challenge series rows, left it too late and then got I'll over Xmas so didn't do a row to submit a time

Not long till Florida! Wanted to get in shape before I went, but then again I'm going to eat and drink soooo much when I'm There it won't be worth it. Think I will make a proper start when I get back (got almost a year left at harts).

Into week 2 of the Vi 90 day challenge. Losing weight and inches of fat too. Even had a proper training plan drawn up at the gym. Got to stick toot this time! Worksop half marathon in a couple of weeks, just hope fitness level will be good enough to make it round and hopefully under 2 hours!

Yes I go to Harts with Cheryl now. Just not had time lately Need to have less of a social life we think and get back on it. However she's now having a baby so not sure if she can go to the gym and if it will be worth it or weather or not she should put her membership on hold. I'll probably be wanting to get out of the house more when the baby stuff starts so will see what happens

Got the rower out of the loft (thought it was a good idea to have it set-up but never bothered to climb up the ladders and be out of the way, Cheryl said it shook the house and was really loud too). Cheryls going to go mad when I tell her Im moving it into the house for a bit, but not done any exercise in ages so need to do something!
