Picked something heavy up today, heard a cracking noise in my arm (opposite side to my elbow) hurt like a bugger, now there’s a dull throbbing and a worse sharper aching pain if I move it in a certain way, can’t lift anything heavy or do a bicep curl to save my life now. What have I done? Torn a ligament? How long will I be out of the game? Should I push through the pain or rest it best I can? Not sure I will get to sleep tonight it’s like toothache in my arm if that makes sense. Anyone else done same? What do I need to do? Thanks.

I will live. Been poked, prodded and pulled about. I’ve pulled a muscle, frayed a ligament / tendon. I’ve been told to rest it but keep it moving.

About 6 months later and it's still not right Still can't do any lifting.
