I now use Virtual Dj to play back music video's & karaoke. www.VirtualDj.comMy Profile: www.virtualdj.com/homepage/DjGazUK/index.htmlI previously used to use Traktor's final scratch when I started, but them moved into the video side: VJing and had to find software for that. I think this was one of the first to do it and been with VDJ since.

In the clip bank is it possible to see how much of the video has played / how much is left. Either a clock timer, or a status bar would be handy.
Also the ability to skip to a different part of the video clip would be handy. I've got a few that have weird or unwanted intro's and without using video editing software I can't do anything about showing them on the screen.

Just managed to get Virtual DJ running with Ubuntu & Wine. Going to be interested to see if I can get a video display out from it next.

I updated Java at the weekend to download something from youtube and it proper screwed VDJ 7 up. Oh well I wanted to start using 8 live so that has pushed me into it.
