Treadmill Motor.

Hi.
My treadmill broke down, I think it's the motor. I've managed to get another motor so it's just a matter of swapping it over, but it looks quite a big job. Anyone good with this sort of stuff?
I've seen a couple of adverts on ebay for gym equipment repairs and quite tempted to get someone in as it's been out of action far too long.

It's a bit too cold in the garage at the moment, so think Im going to leave this job until it starts to warm up again, but really could do with getting it working again ASAP.

Missed out on a few auctions on eBay (most of them were too far away to collect anyway). Bought one off eBay for £300 but when I went to collect it I tried it out but the speed would not change (not sure if it was just the buttons on the console or another fault?).

Still going to try and get mine back together as the weathers warming up I might be able to get back in the garage without freezing my nuts off.
