It's about time I moved out. It's cushy at home, I pay £30 a week and get all my meals cooked, clothes washed and ironed etc. It's brill.
but getting a house now would also be an investment.

Seeing as Im working full time at BT Lynx & now got 4 nights a week DJing Im well on my way to affording a deposit. Should even be able to get something nice with a garden and a garage I can use for my disco stuff & as a gym. Could even have my own "office" for the PCs. So if you see anything close by that looks good let me know. Walking distance to a pub would be nice. There isn't even a pub in Shireoaks since the station closed and really miss going out then staggering back home.

If a house comes up for sale on Sandy lane let me know - dad's said I can use the land he owns at the bottom of 265 to park the car www.1call.ws/

Lost about £2000 on buying MantonVillas. Oh well, they didn't even have planning permission for the pool (not on a water meter either) or portch etc so probably a good thing I didn't get it in the end.
