I'm thinking of getting some CD decks to use with Final Scratch
I already have a pair of Stanton STR8-100 decks, but sick and tired of all the Vinyl timecode problems I get with them and FS. So hoping a couple of CD decks will fix alot of the problems I have been getting like callibration problems and loosing it's place when you spinback or scratch too fast etc.. I'm thinking CD decks will be much more accurate?
It's either that or look into PC DJ. Can anyone suggest what make / model CD decks I should get to use with Traktor DJ Studio 2.6 ?
I keep hearing there's a queing problem with FS2 and CD decks, but what does this mean exactly? Does it loose it's place or what? Anyone actually got some CD decks and use FS2 ?
OK saying that the Qing problem will be fixed soon. What sort of CD decks should I look at buying? In our local night club the Dj's just bought himself a Pioneer deck and uses PC DJ I'm sure I can do what he does and then some more if only the equipment would work how it's supposed to!
Cheers!

If your set up works ok, it must just be my bad luck then. My Laptop has 512mb of Memory and 3.2 Ghz Processor.
Timecode Vinyl is brand new - Came with FS2.
Headshells are an option that could be nackered, however they were changed not long back when FS1.5 wasn't working properly. How long are they supposed to last?
Must just be my bad luck. I hate fluff build up on the needle too. Can't very often let a track play all the way through on the vinly without hearing noises.
