Anyone know of a good on-line diary type website to keep a log of my body measurements. I've found a couple for weight, but unable to see anything to track the changes in body shape. Any suggestions? I like iphone apps too Date: 05/11/2011 Weight: 89.3kg Neck: 38 Shoulders: 124 Chest : 104 Waist: 100.5 Bicep : 36 Hips: 100.5 Thigh: 62 Calf: 45 I just need to loose some fat, gain a bit of muscle and want to track how it's going.
