Hello seeing as I now work in IT I've learnt a bit about software problems, Im still learning so if you have any problems let me know and I will try to help, would be good for me to help me learn too. I've had no end of problems with my own stuff, but the more experience the better.
Im now A+ qualified and have done a few HP, Toshiba courses.
Post your questions here and I will see what I can do...

Just tried to re-install windows on a laptop got error: manifest parse erro: Invalid at the top level of the document "This issue may occur if the Vctrl.man file that is on the Windows XP CD-ROM is damaged." (Note to self: Make sure you have a copy of the OS on a disc you know that works, or better still an image file you can burn back to CD). Ended up putting win 7 on as I've got more RAM on the way for this one, bit of a nightmare getting the drivers to work, but sussed it in the end
