Supposed to be going with my sister & one of her nurse mates. Think Gaz is coming with us if he decided he can afford it or not.
Date isn't set yet, but I think we have managed to find a week in June I can squeeze in inbetween DJing.

Ankle still feels funny - possibly need to go get an X-Ray. Will see what it's like after I get back from Greece with Cheryl.

The pineta hotel. Me and a mate went to the travel agents and looked for somewhere cheap that was hot and this place came up. No wonder it was so cheap the hotel wasn't great and the food worse. But hey for the money we paid can't complain too much. I wouldn't go back though. Would sooner pay a bit more and stay at the hotel just up the road which was miles better. The bars seem obsessed with setting off fireworks which health and safety in England would have a field day with.Don't go expecting a luxury hotel. I think we paid in the region of £350. I don't know about you, but I can easily drink £350 worth if I was paying for the beer in a couple of days nevermind all inclusive. Sure the food was terrible and the hotel was scruffy and run down (There were worn out stained carpets everywhere), but you get what you pay for. I went with a mate (Im was in my late 20's and he was in his 30's), so for a lads holiday it was good enough. Not too far from the "night life" which consists of one street with a few bars and a couple of bigger clubs. Everything closes at 12 so don't hang about getting ready to go out. The bigger clubs stay open later, but it's really weird being in a bar with the music going and every 10 minutes the music being turned off just because the rozzers are going past. Kills the atmosphere. Most days we went for a look at what was on offer at the all inclusive buffet, but usually gave it a miss and went out for some food. There was some sort of entertainment on at the hotel for kids, I remember the "birdie song" being played lots. The reps keept trying to get the kids involved in games in and around the pool and they also had a little hut with a guy pretending to be a DJ in it. "Summer of 69" and the like isn't my idea of nice music to chill out to by the pool. At one point I fell asleep on a grassed area only to wake up with a wedding built around me. I have since been back to Turkey with my girlfriend (Stayed in Icmeler it was much nicer) , but definately wouldn't stay here again (unless it was super cheap).
