Things I hate about A+ questions - they just arn't specific enough:
Question 4 Which of the following is a way to identify which Windows operating system is currently installed?
A. Click on Start > Run and type version/info B. Click on Start > Run and type version info/detail C. Right click My Computer > Manage D. Right click My Computer > Properties
Now to me, if I was using Win 98, XP I would go for option D. Depending if it was in classic view. Otherwise you might struggle with other OS's.

Questions like these annoy me:
Question 6 An older printer is connected to a computer using a parallel port. Which of the following connectors is MOST likely used on the computer's parallel port?
A. DB-50 connector B. DB-25 pin connector C. DB-9 pin connector D. DB-37 connector
So what kind of printer is it? Who uses these now anyway? Also why would it help to know this off the top of your head? Answer is B by the way.
